Job Description:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and executing strategies that drive revenue growth. You will build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, propose solutions that meet their needs, and close new business deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for driving growth, and an entrepreneurial mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential business clients and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Opportunity Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, expand market reach, and enter new verticals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing appropriate payment solutions.
  • Partnership Building: Cultivate strategic partnerships with resellers, vendors, and business alliances to expand our distribution network.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze market data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to manage pipeline and track performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the payment processing industry, including understanding of payment technologies and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
  • Established network within the industry or target markets that can be leveraged for business growth.
  • Background in partnership development and managing complex sales cycles.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 annually, plus uncapped commission.
  • Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue growth, new partnerships, and other key metrics.
