Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing strategies, and coaching the team to achieve their goals. You will play a critical role in driving growth by optimizing sales processes, identifying new opportunities, and implementing best practices to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales and a passion for developing high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth goals, including target-setting and territory management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance against key metrics, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to create accurate forecasts and set achievable goals for the team.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process, implementing best practices and new tools to increase efficiency.
  • Client Engagement: Assist the sales team in closing high-value deals and building relationships with key clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools for pipeline management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the payment processing industry or related technology field.
  • Background in scaling sales teams during periods of rapid growth.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales, Solution Selling, or similar approaches.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and software integrations.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually, plus commission and performance-based bonuses.
  • Bonus Structure: Bonuses tied to team performance, growth targets, and individual achievements.
